Decor by Usama offers handcrafted and thoughtfully sourced home décor pieces, including terracotta lighting, vases, and textured decorative accents.

Because many of our items are artisan-made:

  • Slight differences in shade, surface texture, proportions, or detailing may occur.

  • Small variations are inherent to handcrafted production methods.

  • Such variations should not be considered faults, but rather part of the product’s individuality.

By completing a purchase, you accept these natural distinctions as part of the design.

2. Product Information & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

We maintain the right to revise:

  • Pricing

  • Product details and descriptions

  • Visual representations

  • Stock availability

Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your request. Decor by Usama reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies, stock issues, or suspected unauthorized transactions.

3. Payment Processing

Orders must be paid for using the payment options available at checkout.

For your security, we do not retain confidential payment information. Transactions are handled through secure third-party payment processors designed to protect your data.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

While we aim to ship orders promptly, delivery schedules are dependent on courier services and external conditions. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates and are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Product Concerns

Given the fragile and handmade nature of our collections, return requests are assessed individually.

If your order is delivered damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Clear photographs and a written explanation of the issue are required

Returns, refunds, or replacements are not guaranteed unless the product arrives broken or materially different from what was described.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Ownership of Content

All website materials — including images, product descriptions, graphics, text, and branding — belong exclusively to Decor by Usama.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
