Damaged or Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
To initiate a claim, we require a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video that clearly captures:

Time-Sensitive Care
We request that you open your parcel within 24 hours of delivery.
Our products are secured using protective, multi-layer packaging to preserve their finish during transit. If left sealed for an extended period, natural heat accumulation may affect delicate surface detailing. Claims reported beyond 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement.
Exchanges & Change of Preference
As each order is prepared with care, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In rare and exceptional circumstances where an exchange is approved:

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for secure repackaging and return shipping.
