Our typical processing and dispatch timeframe is 7–14 business days. However, many orders are shipped sooner depending on product readiness and current order volume.
Delivery timelines begin once your order is confirmed and any required advance payment is received.

While expedited delivery cannot always be guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Advance Payment Requirements
To ensure commitment and minimize cancellations — particularly due to the fragile nature of our products — partial advance payments may be required:

Orders exceeding PKR 5,000 require a 50% advance payment

Orders below PKR 5,000 may require a PKR 500 advance payment

Cancellation Policy for Advance Payments

Advance payments are refundable within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as order processing will have commenced.
Full Online Payment Option
Customers may choose to complete full payment at checkout.
Please note that all fully paid orders must be cleared before dispatch. For prepaid shipments, courier documentation will reflect a zero balance amount.
